A native of Knoxville Tennessee, Mark graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1988 and was recognized as an Outstanding Clinic Student for the Spring 1988 semester.
Having helped fight for the rights of Tennessee injury victims for more than 25 years, Mark is a Senior Attorney at the law offices of Greg Coleman Law and brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to our firm.
With a diverse legal background that has ranged from helping to represent Fortune 500 companies to single motor vehicle accident victims, Adam is a distinguished member of the greater Tennessee legal community, having gained membership into the highly regarded Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his work in securing a seven-figure settlement for a client that had been previously turned down by another firm.
In 2008, Adam was also selected as a "Top Attorney" by fellow members of the Knoxville Bar, which he was selected for a second time in 2010.
Lisa White joined the law offices of Greg Coleman Law PC in 2014. Her focus within the office is on class action matters. Prior to joining Greg Coleman law, her solo practice included extensive trial and appellate experience. For several years, Lisa has taught continuing legal education seminars.
A writer and researcher at heart, Lisa returned to law school after completing her Bachelors in Sociology and Masters in Sociology from The University of Tennessee. Just before entering law school, she completed the coursework for her PhD in American Studies at The College of William and Mary. Lisa is a graduate of The University of Tennessee College of Law.
Justin G. Day is an experienced personal injury lawyer at Greg Coleman Law, a Knoxville, Tennessee law firm. Day, who was born and raised in east Tennessee, obtained his law degree at the University of Tennessee College of Law. While studying for his J.D., Day was a Green Scholar, president of the Christian Legal Society and the recipient of the inaugural Jerry P. Black Jr. Student Clinic Attorney Award.
Days primary areas of practice include personal injury, consumer protection and mass tort litigation.
Will Ladnier joined Greg Coleman Law in 2018 after practicing insurance defense and medical malpractice/healthcare liability defense for several years while representing the largest hospital association in the region. Having shifted his practice to representing plaintiffs, he is now dedicated to using his experience for the benefit of those who have been injured. For the firm, he handles complex litigation and class action cases.
Will is admitted to practice in Tennessee in both state and federal court in the Eastern District, and he is also a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations.
Rachel Soffin is an experienced consumer class action litigation attorney at Greg Coleman Law. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the area of consumer class action litigation in Morgan & Morgan’s Tampa office and also served as in-house counsel for one of Florida’s largest employee leasing companies.
Rachel received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude, where she served as a Digest Writer on the Stetson Law Review and was published multiple times in that capacity. Soffin has also been selected by Super Lawyers as a Florida Rising Star and as a Florida Super Lawyer in the fields of Class Actions/Mass Torts.
Jeffrey Glaspie joined Greg Coleman Law in 2018 after working at a Knoxville personal injury firm and helping hundreds of injury victims recover compensation. At our firm he primarily practices in the areas of class actions and complex litigation. Jeff is admitted to practice in the Tennessee state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Jeff received his law degree from Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, where he graduated magna cum laude. Before attending Duncan School of Law, Jeff earned his Bachelor's Degree in sociology and political science from East Tennessee State University. He also served in the Tennessee Air National Guard.
