The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Happy Shirts are recalling the Big Movers Super Car toy trucks due to a fire and burn hazard. The company has received reports that the toy trucks’ battery compartment can smolder or catch fire when batteries are inserted. The trucks came as gift when consumers purchased a Big Movers t-shirt.

The blue trucks are 4 inches long and have oversized tires and a flashing light on the top. The trucks and t-shirts were sold exclusively at Kohl’s stores nationwide from February 2012 to March 2012. Consumers should immediately take the trucks away from children and remove the battery. Happy Shirts will give consumers a refund for the defective truck.

For more information about the recall, contact Happy Shirts at (855) 354-2779 or visit their website at http://www.happyshirts.com/.
